beacon_agent: trim miniz for DNS build to reduce binary size
...
- Add MINIZ_DNS_FLAGS to disable archive/ZIP APIs in miniz for DNS only
- Override miniz.x64.o and miniz.x86.o rules for DNS to use trim macros
- Keeps zlib compress/uncompress for DnsCodec, excludes unused archive code

Add DNS over HTTPS (DoH) support for beacon agent
...
- Add DNS mode selection in UI (UDP, DoH, fallback modes)
- Implement DoH queries via WinInet (Google, Cloudflare, Quad9)
- Add doh_resolvers and dns_mode to agent profile
- Dynamic visibility for resolver fields based on mode
- Add connection recovery with consecutive failure tracking
- Default resolvers: 8.8.8.8 for UDP, dns.google for DoH
