Aorimn 11013b491c Add ruby bindings 
When ruby is installed on the target machine, compile dislocker to have
bindings to it. This was done in the previous Makefile but not entirely
in the cmakelists toolchain.

Aorimn 221eb8ad1a Add cmake toolchain 
We get rid of the former Makefile in favor of the cmake toolchain. This
was currently and successfuly tested on Linux (Fedora 21).
