Merlin's Data Directory

This directory is holds data used and generated by the server portion of Merlin. Some of those directories include:

agents: This directory holds data from agents that connected to Merlin such as downloads and log files
db: The database used by Merlin
log: The log files generated by the server component of Merlin
src: The source code of 3rd party tools
x509: The x509 certificates used by the server component of Merlin
