Aditya Patwardhan 6cf129ee35 Add the "Dynamic Help" feature to PSReadLine (#1777) 
- Adds a way to view help on alternate screen buffer for full help and uses a Pager from `Microsoft.PowerShell.Pager`.
- Implements dynamic help for parameters by showing it below the current command line like `MenuComplete`.

Dustin L. Howett 90422ac2ad Teach PSReadline to not force the background color during render (#1626) 
Upcoming versions of the Windows Console will be able to differentiate
a color set by the Win32 API from a color set by VT. This code
transforms a Win32 color into a VT color, and then uses that VT color
during rendering. When an enlightened console host receives this VT, it
may handle it differently (translate it differently, reverse it
differently, store it differently). Use `39;49` for the default foreground/background.

We'll also teach the various console implementations how to
handle it.

Dongbo Wang fd13554df8 Preserve and clear the saved current line properly (#1259) 
1. Preserve the saved current line and the history index while in a series of history commands.
    So when switching between different history command, such as from `F8`/`Shift+F8` (`HistorySearchBackward` and `HistorySearchForward`) to `UpArrow`/`DownArrow`  (recall history) or from `Ctrl+r`/`Ctrl+s` to `UpArrow`/`DownArrow`, the history command can continue to work as expected.
2. Clear the saved current line when we are out of a series of history commands.
    So the saved line will not leak to another unrelated history search.

Carl Morris 175d42e60b Correct cursor jumping from line 2 to line 1 due to line 1 being empty. (#1108) 
- Reduce code duplication by reusing GetBeginningOfLinePos in InsertLineAbove.
- Correct newline search in GetBeginningOfLinePos (HOME) and InsertLineAbove to not ignore first character in the buffer which
might be a new line.
- Manifests as cursor jumps to line 1, because line 1 is blank, when triggered with cursor anywhere on line 2.
