Travis PlunkandCopilot 920207f51f Fix S360 PSAvoidUsingConvertToSecureStringWithPlainText in GetCredential.Tests.ps1

Replace ConvertTo-SecureString -AsPlainText with [System.Net.NetworkCredential]::new()
which produces an equivalent SecureString without triggering the PSSA rule.

Fixes ADO #34502919

Testing

The tests are organized by testing language. Thus Pester tests, which are written in the PowerShell language, are in ./powershell and xUnit tests, written in C#, are in ./xUnit. The third-party shebang test is in ./shebang.
