- Setup instructions reworked for Nim 2.2.10 + bundled MinGW-w64 11.1.0, including the 7-Zip extraction note (Expand-Archive drops lib\system.nim). - Pin nimble versions known to work with Nim 2.2.10. - Note Defender SubmitSamplesConsent prerequisite. - Fix static-link "relocation truncated to fit: R_X86_64_32S against .bss" on newer mingw-w64 by passing -Wl,--image-base=0x10000 to the generated Loader compile command. - Document the workaround under Known Bugs. - Mark --x86 / --wow64 as unsupported. - Migrate Sponsors-org references to the personal account. - Drop the dead PwnPowershell link.
