- ss2/squidsec2-cli local harness for remote C2 control
- Expand AGENTS.md with CLI surface, reverse-shell flow, Docker port pitfalls
- Add operator runbook, deployment docs, CLAUDE.md, Copilot instructions
- Use host networking so reverse-shell listeners bind real host ports
- Tighten .gitignore for data/ and local CLI config (no secrets committed)
