From 184ea6d9fa903eda8c5e211be4cfd2f7df2cbcf2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: phernandez Date: Wed, 25 Feb 2026 23:33:15 -0600 Subject: [PATCH] fix: collect coverage from test jobs instead of re-running all tests MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit The coverage summary job was re-running the entire SQLite + Postgres test suite from scratch (~60 min), duplicating work already done by upstream jobs. It consistently timed out. Now each test job collects coverage data and uploads it as an artifact. The coverage job just downloads, combines, and reports — should take <1 min.
