Erik Bjorge 1f0fff365a Created 100 and 200 series PCH configs. ...

Copied PCH specific configuration entries out of the processor
configuration files.  This allows these PCH to be used with other
processors.  The values in the PCH files will override the values in the
processors configuration files for now.
