Drop convenience APIs and split out tools ( #142 )

Most use-cases will need to use some JS API that we're not bridging, so
it's better to keep our bindings simple.
It has also become clear that our CLI tools should be split out so Frida-based
tools don't have to depend on colorama, prompt_toolkit, and pygments.

Caused by trying to acquire the GIL from a different thread while the
interpreter is shutting down, which typically happens because a Script's

Fix CodeShare integration on Py3k < 3.6

We should decode the REST API response and not rely on json.loads()
accepting `bytes`, which it does starting with 3.6.
