Introduction

The OSSEM commond data model (CDM) facilitates the normalization and consistency of diverse data sources by providing standardized and extensible data schemas.

This projects is designed to:

• Simplify data management procedures by creating a structure around diverse data sources
• Integrate diverse data sources and provide a standardized way for security analysts to query data
• Extend the standard schemas to accomodate custom data entities and allow the community to contribute back
