<p>The OSSEM commond data model (CDM) facilitates the normalization and consistency of diverse data sources by providing standardized and extensible data schemas.</p>

<p><strong>This projects is designed to:</strong></p>

|

<li><p>Simplify data management procedures by creating a structure around diverse data sources</p></li>
|
|
<li><p>Integrate diverse data sources and provide a standardized way for security analysts to query data</p></li>
|
|
<li><p>Extend the standard schemas to accomodate custom data entities and allow the community to contribute back</p></li>
