rename namespace "llvm" to "llvm_ks" ( #333 )
...
This prevents symbol collisions when the Keystone library is linked with the LLVM libraries.
Renaming was done by the following repository-wide substitutions:
* `namespace llvm` -> `namespace llvm_ks`
* `llvm::` -> `llvm_ks::`

Fixed relative address issues for ARM (Issue #108 )

Fixed relative address encoding for branches at ARM and Thumb mode.
Also added correct checks for out of range branches. Finally removed
a check for Thumb mode that would never succeed.

Add and use ARMTargetStreamer from llvm.

Added the missing ARMTargetStreamer from llvm, instantiate it in
ARMAsmParser, use it to implement constant pool.
