Romain Thomas 730d045e05 Enhance LIEF's ELF header

API Changes (Python / C++):
  * lief.ELF.Header.{arm_flags_list, mips_flags_list, ppc64_flags_list, hexagon_flags_list} - Added

In python, one can do:
`` if lief.ELF.ARM_EFLAGS.EABI_VER5 in lief.ELF.Header: ...``

In C++ we added:
  * LIEF::ELF::Header::has(ARM_EFLAGS, PPC64_EFLAGS, MIPS_EFLAGS...)

LIEF - Python API
-----------------

The purpose of this project is to provide a cross platform library which can parse, modify and abstract ELF, PE and MachO formats.

Main features:

  * Parsing: LIEF can parse ELF, PE, MachO and provides an user-friendly API to access to format internals.
  * Modify: LIEF enables to modify some parts of these formats
  * Abstract: Three formats have common features like sections, symbols, entry point... LIEF factors them.
  * API: LIEF can be used in C, C++ and Python
