Romain Thomas 77d43f9db4 Fully handle section-less ELF binaries
* Fix #25
  * ELF `tiny` binaries are now handled (see #7)
  * Computation of dynamic symbols can be done with differents methods:
    hash table, sections and relocations. (See LIEF::ELF::DYNSYM_COUNT_METHODS)
  * ELF parser can be configured to use one of the DYNSYM_COUNT_METHODS
  * Improve tests

LIEF - Python API
-----------------

The purpose of this project is to provide a cross platform library which can parse, modify and abstract ELF, PE and MachO formats.

Main features:

  * Parsing: LIEF can parse ELF, PE, MachO and provides an user-friendly API to access to format internals.
  * Modify: LIEF enables to modify some parts of these formats
  * Abstract: Three formats have common features like sections, symbols, entry point... LIEF factors them.
  * API: LIEF can be used in C, C++ and Python
