`-Wzero-length-array` is not a mandatory option, so the original is better.

...
- Make sure to specify `-std=gnu99` for C compiler flag.
- Make sure to specify `-Wzero-length-array` for C/C++ compiler flag (Clang).
- Extract similar codes.
