...
`ObjectSpace.memsize_of_all` takes a class and count memory size of all
instances of the class and its subclasses (if any).

The `${build_dir}/mrbgems/gem_init.c` generation condition has been changed
at #5010 , but it is somewhat insufficient, for example, there was a problem
with `rake && rake test`, which was also regenerated in `rake test`.

...
`mrb_get_arg1()` raises `ArgumentError` if the method does not receive one
argument.
And replaces all `mrb_get_args(mrb, "o", &arg)` by the new function.
