mrdb: fix that break command cannot handle Windows paths

Before fix:
```
$ mrdb c:\tmp\b.rb

Class name 'c' is invalid.
```
After fix:
```
$ mrdb c:\tmp\b.rb
(c:\tmp\b.rb:1) break c:\tmp\b.rb:3
