Fix class name validation in Struct.new
...
Before this patch:
$ bin/mruby -e 'p Struct.new("A-")'
#=> Struct::"A-"
After this patch:
$ bin/mruby -e 'p Struct.new("A-")'
#=> NameError: identifier A- needs to be constant
