Yukihiro "Matz" Matsumoto 6aa5d53867 numeric.c: avoid mrb_float with MRB_NO_FLOAT; fix #5671
`MRB_USE_COMPLEX` is exclusive with `MRB_NO_FLOAT`, so we only need to
check the former.
