Cremno c09c098bc5 fixed NaN boxing compilation ...

Use MRB_SET_VALUE instead of directly accessing members of mrb_value
which are different if NaN boxing is enabled.

Add new API mrb_intern_cstr(). This is for naming orthogonality. mrb_intern is also left for backward compatibility.
