the client to enumerate detailed port state information for each device that is
connected to the fax server.

In response, the server MUST validate whether the client's

On success, the server MUST return information about all its devices in Buffer.
It MUST also return the size of the returned information and the number of devices
for which it successfully enumerated information.

The client SHOULD free the returned buffer.
