can be used as a &#34;scratch pad&#34; for raw reads/writes.</p><dl>

</dd></dl><p><b>DiskId: </b>The identifier of the <b>ClusPrepDisk</b>
representing the disk.</p><p><b>SectorX: </b>The first sector number that is
available.</p><p><b>SectorY: </b>The second sector number that is
available.</p><p><b>Return Values: </b>A signed 32-bit value that
indicates return status. If the method returns a negative value, it has failed.
Zero or positive values indicate success, with the lower 16 bits in positive
nonzero values containing warnings or flags defined in the method

</span></span>In an implementation-specific way, identify the two sectors on
the disk, which are pre-allocated for raw read/write, without disturbing any
data that resides on the disk.</p>
