33)</b> method to change the state of the server <span><a href="46aba9c4-ebb1-4b10-86ac-4bb3025657b9#gt_c1a6400d-703b-4f9a-a74c-40f1487978d9" data-linktype="relative-path">queue</a></span>. In response,
the server MUST validate whether the client&#39;s fax user account has
authorization to set the <b>Queue State </b>of the server. On success, the
