</dd></dl><p><b>phQuery: </b>A handle that is created by the
PerflibV2OpenQueryHandle method. An exception is thrown or an error is returned
by <a href="da82a046-4e10-46ab-8da9-3d24bb48a2b2#gt_8a7f6700-8311-45bc-af10-82e10accd331" data-linktype="relative-path">RPC</a> if the handle did
not originate from the PerflibV2OpenQueryHandle method. On method return, <i>phQuery</i>
MUST be set to NULL.</p><p><b>Return Values: </b>This method MUST return zero
(ERROR_SUCCESS) for success; otherwise, it MUST return one of the standard
Windows errors, as specified in <a href="../ms-erref/1bc92ddf-b79e-413c-bbaa-99a5281a6c90" data-linktype="relative-path">[MS-ERREF]</a>
section <a href="../ms-erref/18d8fbe8-a967-4f1c-ae50-99ca8e491d2d" data-linktype="relative-path">2.2</a>.</p><dl>
