Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM) Protocol <a href="../ms-dcom/4a893f3d-bd29-48cd-9f43-d9777a4415b0" data-linktype="relative-path">[MS-DCOM]</a>
interface that is exposed by a DCOM server and consumed by a DCOM client. A
client uses the Telnet Server Remote Administration Protocol by invoking DCOM
method calls on the interface exposed by the DCOM server that implements the
protocol.</p><p>Telnet Server Remote Administration Protocol is a stateless
protocol. An implementation can call any of the methods any number of times and
in any order. Each call to a method in the DCOM/COM interface is independent of
any other call to the same or different method. </p></div>
