Adrian Vollmer 4fc47175cc [enhancement] Add NTLMv1 scan option (#68) 
* Add select parts of the source of responder

Minor modifications have been made so we are able to load this as a
module. Also, all top-level commands in `Responder.py` have been
removed, like the printing of the banner

* Use Responder's SMB Server to report NTLM version

* Add --stop-on-ntlm-auth switch to scan mode args
