DotGraph: add EdgeRef and ChildEdgeIteratorType

Add EdgeRef and ChildEdgeIteratorType to GraphTraits<DotNode *> and to
GraphTraits<const DotNode *>.
This allows iterating on edges of DotGraphs, which will be useful for
some testing on edge properties.
