Alessandro Di Federico	9217752883	model override-by-name: skip nameless base functions ... `base_function["Name"]` crashes with `KeyError` when the model has a function without an explicit `Name` (e.g. the binary entry stub). Giacomo Vercesi	942cf50735	python: create python wheels ... Package revng's python code in two wheels: `revng` and `revng_internal`.
