Also do some basic cleanup: capitalize first letters, add `.`

Giacomo Vercesi 31cd2b53f9 rcc: add codespell 
Add codespell to the list of checks performed by
revng-check-conventions. This should reduce the amount of typos present
in the revng codebase.
