Allow the artifacts machinery to parse, via `pycparser`, the
recompilable archive provided by revng via the
`emit-recompilable-archive` artifact.

When `Configuration.ExplicitTargetPointerSize` is set, the backend uses
explicit pointer type sizes (e.g. `pointer32_t(T)`).
