Introduce the `Undirected` GraphTraits, which treats a `MutableEdgeNode`
`GenericGraph` as an undirected graph.
The trait uses the newly introduced `UndirectedChildIterator`, which is
a special custom iterator to get successors and predecessors
concatenated together.
Add some unit tests for `UndirectedChildIterator`.
This commit introduces new tags to specify how LLVMContainer should
deduplicate sets of equivalent functions, typically managed by an
`OpaqueFunctionPool`.
This commit introduces a function to obtain the name assigned to a
`llvm::Function` associated to a `model::Function`. This simplifies the
codebase but also enables us to introduce an option to produce
human-friendly names for debugging/testing purposes.
Before this commit, we used to attach to call site a metadata to trace
back the call site to the CFG (i.e., `FunctionMetadata`).
This led several passes in revng-c to depend on `FunctionMetadata` just
for this.
This commit, attaches to call sites a reference to the prototype itself
(on the `revng.prototype` metadata), breaking many of such dependencies.
Various parts of revng replace `llvm::GlobalVariable`s representing CSVs
with Allocal/Load/Store. In particular, these are PromoteCSV,
RootAnalyzer and PromoteGlobalToLocalVars.
Before this commit, those places were sloppy when replacing CSVs with
Alloca/Load/Store, and did that iterating on a container sorted by
pointers. This caused Alloca/Load/Store to be emitted in different order
accross runs, which in turn caused more non-determinism down the
pipeline.
This commit fixes the non-deterministic behavior, sorting CSVs based on
their names, which should always be present and deterministic.
This commit fixes command line parsing of revng through the
REVNG_OPTIONS environment variable. Previously the env was prepended to
the actual command-line variables, now it's appended, allowing to
specify command line arguments that depend on `-load`s.
Replace the stub implementation of invalidation with the proper
implementation. A ReadPathCache is added to each global so that it can
keep tracks of what target are associated to which read paths.
We now implement the `nodesBetween` primitive with a double DFS visit.
Specifically, we have:
1) A forward DFS that starts from the `Source`, and stops at `Target`.
2) A backward DFS that starts from the `Target`, and stops at `Source`.
The final result is then the intersection of the nodes found by the two
above DFS visits.
A new `findReachableNodes` primitive is also added to perform a DFS from
a `Source` node, which stops at the `Stop` parameter node, if present.
Added unit tests to improve the coverage.
This commit adds the following enhancements to `TemporaryFile`:
* Adds TemporaryFile::make to allow catching the error if the temporary
file creation fails
* Fix the move assignment, as it would leak the original file until shutdown
* Fix the destructor, as it would be called even on a moved object
HexDumpPipe dumps content of binary file in the similar way as hexdump
tool with addition of PTML markup for instructions addresses.
Continuous parts of binary code are wrapped with <span
data-location-definition=""></span> where data-location-definition
attribute contains Entry/BasicBlock/Instruction addresses in generic
form. <span> tags can be nested if byte(s) belong to many instructions
in code.
At the end of the line every <span> is closed and opened on the next
line again if it still applies to the next byte.
MetaAddress are converted to IntervalMetaAddress (which implements own,
optional-less operator-) and stored in boost::icl::intruval_map. This
map is used to get addresses of instructions to which each byte belongs.
getJumpTargetBlock takes llvm::BasicBlock * as argument, but doesn't
need to modify it, so const it adds const to it and other functions that
are used by getJumpTargetBlock: findJumpTarget, isTranslated, getType,
isJumpTarget.
