TupleTree: overhaul reference caching
...
Overhaul the logic and method names involved in enabling and disabling
reference caching in `TupleTree<T>`. `TupleTreeReference<T, U>` now
lazily caches the target and will traverse the path only when needed.
Also expose and use these functions in the new pipeline, which should
provide some speedup when executing a `Schedule`.

Inject is meant to inject a model into an `llvm::Module`, but it fails
when operating on a Module that had no model metadata.
This commit fixes the bug.

Enable error checking on Model deserialization

This commit changes the `TupleTree::deserialize` method to return an
`llvm::ErrorOr<TupleTree>`, enabling users to choose their policies on
error reporting.
