Move much of the logic of `rp_manager_produce_targets` to a method
inside `PipelineManager`, add additional checks for the existence of the
targets that are requested to be produced.
HexDumpPipe dumps content of binary file in the similar way as hexdump
tool with addition of PTML markup for instructions addresses.
Continuous parts of binary code are wrapped with <span
data-location-definition=""></span> where data-location-definition
attribute contains Entry/BasicBlock/Instruction addresses in generic
form. <span> tags can be nested if byte(s) belong to many instructions
in code.
At the end of the line every <span> is closed and opened on the next
line again if it still applies to the next byte.
MetaAddress are converted to IntervalMetaAddress (which implements own,
optional-less operator-) and stored in boost::icl::intruval_map. This
map is used to get addresses of instructions to which each byte belongs.
Many Pipeline objects (Globals, Ranks, Kinds, Targets in a TargetList)
were ordered by load order, this makes the playback of traces difficult.
Moreover the order of loading of pipeline files also influences the
ordering of other elements (Step, Analys{is,esLists}). These are also
ordered to prevent incosistent ordering.
`DocumentError`s are the inteded way of propagating errors from the
pipeline to the frontend when a location is required to inform the user
of the error whereabouts.
A logic issue existed when validating whether a `cl::opt<T>`
was set. This has been addressed by replacing `isDefaultOption`
method with `getNumOccurrences`, as the former one was not
meant to be used for checking if the option was set or not.
Likewise, the default Option itself is written to a `std::string`,
in method `get`; the latter is leveraged by `Invokable`.
`recalculateAllPossibleTarget` is now a private member of
PipelineManager This was done since all calls that can trigger a change
in the target list have been isolated and the call is done implicitly.
This removes rp_manager_recompute_all_available_targets from PipelineC,
since it was added as a stopgap until the above was implemented.
This commit introduces some changes to how the revng pipeline handles
serializing to disk. Specificaly:
* Pipeline globals (specifically model.yml) are better handled if they
are in a subdirectory. They are now saved in the "context"
subdirectory.
* In python:revng.api the pipeline is serialized whenever there is a
non-reproducible change to the state (e.g. binary upload or model
change).
In the case of analyses this is done conservatively by checking that
the diff produced is not empty.
* The logic for computing a step's subdirectory has been moved to the
pipeline runner, consequently if a step is asked to serialize it
will not create any subdirectories.
* Functionality for saving a single step/context has been exposed in
Pipeline C.
* Finally, all path concatenations are now handled by
llvm::sys::path::append, for extra os-agnosticism.
We need to prevent stub kinds used just to represent dead elements to be
displayed in the GUI and CL.
We do so by introducing a DeadKind which expands their targets to the
empty list.
