FunctionStringMap: switch to using GzipTarFile
...
Change the serialization and deserialzation functions of
`FunctionStringMap` to use the GzipTarFile. Also change che filename
of the underlying containers accordingly.

Rename StringMapContainer to FunctionStringMap

This new naming more closely describes the fact that each element in the
map must be associated with a model::Function
