Add a method to the `Analysis` interface which allows an analysis to
report if it is available for execution.

Rework which information is transmitted in the pipeline metadata,
avoiding redundancy and moving some information there instead of
returning it every time a request is made.

Introduce compatibility with revng-pypeline
