Enable-WebGlobalModule and Set-WebGlobalModule being utilized to create (new), enable
(start) or modify a current IIS Module. These commands are equivalent to AppCmd.exe
parameters. Adversaries may utilize these cmdlets as they are lesser known and perform
the same activity as AppCmd.
