Andy Wilkinson 4390591b68 Make BeanFactoryMCDR BeanFactoryAware 
SI's BeanFactoryChannelResolver was BeanFactoryAware. This commit
brings Spring's BeanFactoryMessageChannelDestinationResolver in line
with the old SI class.
