Rossen Stoyanchev 97596fb9f6 Allow plugging in a WebSocketHandlerDecorator 
The WebSocketMessageBroker config now allows wrapping the
SubProtocolWebSocketHandler to enable advanced use cases that may
require access to the underlying WebSocketSession.
