Improve error handling in PluginSupport.load_plugins.
...
Detects deprecated plugin loading and gives an appropriate message.
Displays filename of plugin within error message.
Raises on error if WWDEBUG is true for all errors during plugin loading.
Fixed typo when interrupt is received.
