Resolves issue #246 . El Capitan added TAG_ptr_to_member_type and introduced non-linear,
cross-compile-unit dependencies that were broken by running finalize/clearing id_to_name for each unit.

modify convert.py to properly handle mac classes. update the mac_notifiers plugin to choose the correct vtype name based on whether the target OS uses struct or class naming convention
