Berkeley DB applications can now configure a prefix to be

used in informational, non-error messages and output

informational messages that use it. This prefix is also used

by the informational messages that are output by Berkeley

DB library functions.

In addition, the signature of the message call function

changed to add a parameter containing the message prefix.
