Getting closer to Extensibility being ready for me to actually use to get some to open an ETL file and get some CPU Stacks; changed project.json to allow for unsafe builds; brought CacheFiles.cs in; edited some code to agree with the use of CacheFiles.cs in the .NET Core environment; brought XMLStackSource.cs to evaluate its usefulness in converting a Stack to XML

This will be a long commit... Copy and pasted the entire perfview directory into PerfViewService directory > (somewhat) resolved all errors in Extensibility.cs; this included a bad temporary format of putting four slashes in front of things I am likely about to delete permanently > Will now begin removing unneeded PerfView dependcies and GUI code that will not be needed

Finally figured out how to use node modules as well as included scripts to work in both Electron and in the browser. The insight resides in the fact that node.js runs in the CommonJS context, which means scripts from script tags and requires() both get set to the global module object rather than the window object (as done in the browser).
