Add Script Manager + Operator Panels; overhaul pivot/jump graph

- Script Manager (scripts.go): 30+ lateral-move/privesc/persistence/creds/enum recipes, dry-run preview, MITRE ATT&CK + OpSec labels, spawn with listener pre-flight + post-spawn verification
- Operator Panels (panels.go): file/process browser, kill-chain tracker, engagement timer, IOC tracker, cleanup + report generators
- Graph: correct pivot direction (session-id), jump/lateral lineage, firewall->root edges, working Reset Layout, tidy arrow spacing
- Safe native file-dialog wrappers; spawn beacon-interval fix; README Operator Toolkit section

Fix Kill/Delete/Rename no-op on macOS (WKWebView has no native confirm/prompt)
...
macOS WebView (WKWebView) doesn't implement JS alert/confirm/prompt, so
confirm() returned false and prompt() returned null — silently blocking
Kill agent, Delete build, and Rename session. Replaced native dialogs with
pure-DOM uiConfirm/uiPrompt helpers (cross-platform) and added success/error
toasts so nothing fails silently.

CI: run golangci-lint v2 directly (pinned v2.12.2)
...
golangci-lint-action@v6 only supports golangci-lint v1, so it couldn't run the
v2 config (exit 3). Install a pinned golangci-lint v2 and run it directly, so the
lint step is independent of the action's major version.

- .golangci.yml v1 -> v2 schema (golangci-lint v2 needs version: 2; gosimple folded into staticcheck)
- app.go, shell.go: explicitly ignore best-effort tunnel/SOCKS teardown errors
- client.go: suppress deprecated grpc.WithBlock (intentional blocking dial)

Pivot graph + working implant generation, connect-flow fix, armory
...
- Fix connect flow (a JS syntax error had disabled every frontend handler)
- Redesign agent graph as pivot topology: firewall egress, hierarchical chains,
arrows coloured by agent (green session / red privileged / blue beacon),
join chains by session id so same-host pivots render correctly
- Implant generation: align Sliver dep with teamserver protobuf, add tcp-pivot /
named-pipe C2 schemes, baseline MTLS transport (fixes exit status 1)
- Generate UX: decouple build from save (no stuck 'Building...' spinner)
- Wire the armory command (list / install / remove)
- App window/taskbar icon + Linux .desktop entry; author watermark
- Premium README refresh
