AndReicscs 89247683d6 - Added a new catalog service to manage sensor versions and compatibility with the Hub API. 
- Updated node and compose services to utilize the catalog for fetching the latest compatible sensor versions.
- Enhanced node details and sensor management to indicate available updates.
- Modified API handlers to reflect changes in sensor versioning and compatibility checks.
- Updated database schema to include deployed version for sensors.
- Improved UI components to display update availability for sensors and nodes.
- Added tests to ensure proper functionality of the new catalog service and its integration.
