This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

Git Data Sync (local-first)

The app now uses a local-first pattern for git repository data:

• Reads for repository/code data are served from local SQLite cache first.
• GitHub remains the source of truth and async sync target.
• Stale cache entries enqueue background sync jobs and return cached data immediately.

Implemented local-first endpoints:

• User repositories
• Repository metadata
• Repository branches/tags
• Repository tree + directory contents
• File content + README

SQLite tables used:

• github_cache_entries
• github_sync_jobs

Optional config in .env:

• GITHUB_SYNC_DB_PATH
• GITHUB_SYNC_TTL_* values in milliseconds (see .env.example)

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.
