Build in Debug with CMAKE_UNITY_BUILD
This gives the fastest bootstrapping times and cmkr isn't noticeably slower during generation.

Improve compilation times
Compilation with make went from 13 -> 10 seconds.
CMAKE_UNITY_BUILD went even lower to 6 seconds.
