This gives the fastest bootstrapping times and cmkr isn't noticeably slower during generation.

Compilation with make went from 13 -> 10 seconds.
CMAKE_UNITY_BUILD went even lower to 6 seconds.

You can specify your own conditions and use them in any `condition` field:
