Stephan 8d9814d2b4 Fix objtool errors (#2594) 
* Fix objtool 'unannotated intra-function call'

Fixes objtool errors in stricter kernel configs

objtool likely wants the function to be annotated with
SYM_CODE_START/SYM_CODE_END (linux/linkage.h). It might be
better to rewrite the linux kernel module assembly files to use gas,
and properly annotate everything, but this should be a quick fix for
now.

* Use module_init/module_exit in linux driver

Fixes objtool errors in stricter kernel configs

* Make init functions static

* Re-add __init & __exit macros in linux driver

* Add semicolons after module_init/module_exit calls

This commit fixes some E265 errors on newly added TPM files.  They were found by running "flake8 ." from the root directory.  This is an error defined by "pycodestyle", and has no functional impact to the source.  This is simply fixing whitespace as defined by CHIPSEC's .flake8 configuration.

Tamas K Lengyel 4a940df678 access_uefispec: accept both hex and base-10 formatted attr input 
Beside the functional improvement, converting the input to int is required
depending on what Python version is being used to avoid the variable
propagating down the call-chain as a str.
