Fix CodeShare integration on Py3k < 3.6
...
We should decode the REST API response and not rely on json.loads()
accepting `bytes`, which it does starting with 3.6.

Introduces the `-c`/`--codeshare` argument that takes in a project
URI/slug (ex. `fitblip/hello-world`), pulls down the source code from
codeshare.frida.re, checks the signature and either prompts the user to
accept it and run or reject it.

Refactor to enable automatic signal bindings
...
This gives us the Script#destroyed signal which we need for solving
the RPC deadlock. It also gets rid of technical debt where a ton of
duplicated error-prone code was required per signal binding. There was
even a bug where every single one was unreffing the wrong Python object.
Oops.
